Position Overview

Mickman Brothers is currently seeking Full-time Landscape Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is highly motivated, able to work independently as well as part of a team on a variety of landscape construction projects. Pay is hourly based on experience with the opportunity for overtime.

Qualifications

Understand the importance of quality installations, processes, and procedures to build a sustaining landscape installation.
Work productively as a team to maximize efficiency, promote quality standards and maintain safety of all crew members
Work with Lead Assistant to ensure proper tools and inventory are on hand for every project
Safely operate landscape equipment under the supervision of the Crew Leader
Help Crew Leader to ensure installation vehicles and trailers are hooked up properly and loaded safely
Attend all safety meetings and help to promote a safe workplace for all crew members
